Work can be interesting if your working in your field of interest and I can say that I am one of the lucky ones to love my job. Working with technologies can be repetitive at times and sometimes frustrating but what isn't? I work at Videotron a local company that sells cable tv, internet, IP telephony and cellular services to residential and commercial clients. My job is to support the production systems for the people working in development. When they have a problem with their software or hardware they call us at the help desk and we help them resolve any issues. I have been working there for a year and a quarter now and its been challenging and I've developed new skills in support. I currently support different companies from the Quebecor Inc. family including Videotron, Quebecor Media, Sun Media, Archambault and Le SuperClub Videotron. We also used to support QuebecorWorld but they went on their own when their financial problems arose.
